This page is being provided to help you understand our shipping methods and costs.
We use USPS and UPS for all shipping within the United States and its territories, Puerto Rico and military addresses – please allow up to 10 business days for delivery (usually less). UPS Expedited Shipping is available. In some instances. If you are not available to receive your package, UPS will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutives business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.
Order Processing and Fulfillment
All orders are billed and fulfilled by BigShow Products, Inc. In-Stock items will be shipped within two business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).
Please consider processing time when determining the estimated delivery of your order.
U.S. Shipping Options and Costs for Online Orders
All shipping costs are dynamically determined at checkout based on estimated package weight and delivery location.
APO (Military Bases)
Any APO orders, will be shipped by USPS. Good APO addressing tips can be on the USPS site.
Back-Order and Pre-Order Shipping
Orders placed online containing items listed as special order, back-ordered or pre-ordered will not be shipped until the order is complete. You should receive an e-mail at the time of the shipment with information on how your package is being shipped along with a tracking number. If you prefer the available items to be shipped ahead of schedule, there will be an additional shipping charge for the second shipment.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt of shipment. Non-defective returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition and its original packaging. A full refund, less a 15% restocking fee, will be applied to your credit card, if your return meets these conditions. Please allow 10-15 business days from the time the item is received to process a refund. You are responsible for shipping cost to return the item, unless it was our error. Refunds for Shipping
Sorry, but we cannot refund any shipping charges unless the problem originated here. This means that if you return or refuse any package then you will be credited for the items in your order (as long as it within our return guidelines) but NOT for your shipping charges. The reason is simple, UPS and USPS charge us to ship your package and do not provide refunds to us on returns or refusals. If they did, we would gladly do so as well.
